CB Outfitters exclusively works with many well-established and prestigious hunting ranches and specializes in multiple hunts including whitetail deer, axis deer, free-range nilgai, turkey, and other exotics. Hunts are booked on a first come first serve basis, and a nonrefundable deposit must be made at the time of booking.

OUR HUNTS
All hunts are complete with clean and comfortable lodging typically located on or near the ranch, home-cooked or restaurant-style meals, nonalcoholic beverages, hunting transportation, professional guide service, and proper care of your harvest (cape and quarter). We have a 99% success rate on our hunts. In the 1% chance a hunt is unsuccessful (no animal is harvested or wounded), the only fee to be paid is a hunt fee. Gratuities for your guide and cook are NOT included but are most definitely appreciated! Normal gratuities range from 10%-20% of the total hunt price.

Rates are all-inclusive. Pricing is based on gross Boone and Crockett (B&C) score. Archery prices are available upon request. We have a 99% success rate on our hunts. In the 1% chance a hunt is unsuccessful (no animal is harvested or wounded), the only fee required to be paid is a hunt fee of $2,500. We provide a fully guided all-inclusive 2 day/2 night hunt encompassed into 3 days (2 morning hunts and 2 evening hunts). Archery clients are typically given a 3 day/3 night hunt encompassed in 4 days. Included in our all-inclusive rates are lodging and meals, a professional guide, proper care of your harvest (cape and quarter), and hunting transportation. License fees, transportation to/from airports, taxidermy, and meat processing are NOT included. However, if you need a taxidermist and/or meat processor, CB Outfitters works closely with a local taxidermist and meat processor.
BOOK YOUR AXIS HUNT
Axis deer certainly are one of our favorite species to hunt at CB Outfitters. We take pride in making sure our customers do not leave empty-handed, and our expertise backs this ethic. The majority of our Axis hunts take place in the spring and summer and we generally hunt safari style/spot and stalk. However, we can also hunt out blinds depending on the customer's needs and capabilities. We have a 99% success rate on our hunts. In the 1% chance a hunt is unsuccessful (no animal is harvested or wounded), the only fee required to be paid is a hunt fee of $2,500. Axis bucks that have beams shorter than 30” but are 135” plus in a gross score (Gold Medal) will be considered a trophy" as shown on the attached price list.

FREE-RANGE NILGAI HUNTS
Hunting free-range Nilgai on a ranch of this caliber is one of the most fun and rewarding hunts you can experience, especially as Nilgai are known for being tough and weary. There is an estimated 10,000 head of Nilgai on this infamous 170,000-acre ranch in Sarita, TX. You may see upwards of 30-100 bulls a day on this hunt. We have a 100% success rate (shot opportunity). We hunt safari style/spot and stalk. Our Nilgai hunts take place from October to April, and we only hunt during the day for this particular experience. We do not chase or shoot at a Nilgai while running.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the hunt unless paid in cash. It is then due upon arrival for your hunt. Four or more are required to book Fridays- Sundays, and three or fewer have to book Mondays- Wednesdays.
Nilgai, also known as the "Blue Bull," is a challenging and unique hunting experience that South Texas is famous for. At CB Outfitters, we take pride in offering high success rate free-range Nilgai hunts that test your skills as a hunter. What’s Included In This Hunt:
We provide a fully guided 2-day hunt encompassing the 3 days, starting usually at 1 p.m. the first day and ending at noon on the third day. Customers are welcome to use one of our guns and ammo at no charge. Cape and a quarter of your harvest or arrangement to get it to a local processor is included (within hunt time). You will be given a field lunch and non-alcoholic beverages, provided by your guide while hunting. Hunters get their own hotel/Airbnb and other meals nearby. Kingsville is 20 minutes from the ranch.
