Silver State Guides and Outfitters has been operating in Nevada for over 30 years. We are licensed to guide all of Nevada’s big game animals. We will build a hunt to satisfy your needs, so prices do vary. Over the years we have been over 98% successful on our hunts. Our guides are experienced and very qualified to help you reach your hunting goals.
Nevada’s bighorn sheep consists of Desert, California, and Rocky Mountain. These tags are some of the hardest to draw in the country. Our Desert sheep live in some of the roughest terrain, and the quality of sheep is great due to good genetics and management. Allow us to provide you with the units to apply for, to ensure that once in a lifetime experience, and harvest a trophy ram.

Wayne was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. His love for hunting began as a young boy, when his father and he spent a great many trips through the Nevada and Utah area.
With over 30 years of hunting guide experience, his vast knowledge of the areas and the animals has helped numerous hunters create lasting memories and exciting hunts. Wayne has guided and killed some of Nevada’s biggest desert sheep, including his own, scoring 176 B&C.
Wayne’s specialty is Bighorn Sheep, but is well adept at hunting Mule Deer, Elk and Antelope as well.
