Northern Alberta Outfitters was established in 2011, and is owned and operated full time by myself, Ben Cockell and wife Amanda. I moved to Alberta in 1998 hunting the area since 2001. My knowledge of the hunting area is extensive, providing you with a great hunting experience. Our staff is here to make your hunt a success and enjoyable.
Northern Alberta Outfitters is located at Fort Assiniboine, (North Central Alberta) offering hunts for Canadian Moose, Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer, Elk, Black Bear and Wolves.

Our Outfitting establishment in Northern Alberta provides opportunities for trophy big game hunting including whitetail deer, mule deer, moose, elk, wolf and black bear in wilderness areas in Northern Alberta, Canada. Our experienced guides provide rifle hunting, bow hunting and black powder hunts for Boone & Crockett trophies.
Guaranteeing a trophy, however is another thing. Until we are able to control the weather, your physical condition and shooting ability, all we are able to do is give you 100% effort.

All hunts are done from our lodge with all the amenities plus all home cooked meals.

If you want a real challenge and the opportunity to harvest record Whitetail deer, Alberta is the place to hunt. Alberta has one of the highest percentage of trophy class bucks. Spend a week Whitetail hunting in Alberta and chances are you'll have the opportunity to put your sights on the largest Whitetail you've ever seen.
Outfitting for whitetail deer hunting in Alberta is a real challenge! Generally it takes a Hunter to be patient. Whitetails have adapted to the varied terrain in Alberta. In the Parkland zone whitetails live in the Aspen forest where they can find many places to go unnoticed. In the Boreal forest and Foothills zones deer have the safety of spruce and aspen forests. Trophy whitetails are found regularly in all of these zones.
Alberta Whitetail deer have the largest bodies and largest antlers of the many species of whitetails across North America. A mature buck can weigh in excess of 300 pounds and bigger with antlers sizes ranging in the 140-180+ range.
