Cherry Ridge Whitetails is nestled in northwest Pennsylvania surrounded by some of the most beautiful wooded areas in the east. The natural landscape of steep wooded hills and twisting ravines will make for an exciting experience for all outdoorsmen. Our hunts are fully guided to work alongside you from start to finish. We have prime locations specialized for archery, rifle, and muzzleloader hunters that will surely give you the experience and thrill of a lifetime. We strive to ensure you will have a memorable trip here at the Ridge. We also offer semi-guided hunts during the appropriate seasons for all types of game. Our guides have decades of combined experience hunting this area, knowledge that is then used to turn your hunt into an adventure.
From the end of August into early January, Cherry Ridge works with hunters of all calibers to capture the buck of their dreams. We live for this time of year. It's what we do...it's in our name. The Whitetail deer is one of the most sought-after and majestic large game animals in America. Many a hunter can vouch for their keen sense of smell and acute hearing, that's what makes a successful whitetail hunt such an obsession and thrill.

Our Elk hunts start in late August and run into March the following year. Although the most action-packed hunting occurs from September to December. We offer fully guided bull elk and cow elk hunts here at the Ridge, whether you're just looking for some of the best meat available or looking to mount those one-of-a-kind antlers on your wall.
Elk hunts are a great adventure for a first-time hunter to the most experienced and avid outdoorsman. Our guides have worked alongside individuals and large groups alike to ensure they have a great hunting experience. Speaking of our guides, they know the animals, herd, and terrain to ensure we get you the animal you desire.
All prices include 3 days and 2 nights of lodging, meals, and transportation in the field. Skinning, quartering, and butchering of Elk are available at an additional cost

Desert-painted rams are a fantastic animal to hunt as no two are the same. The one-of-a-kind colorization makes them a very unique trophy for any hunter. Even better, these spectacular animals can be hunted year-round here at the Ridge.
The Desert Painted Ram is a cross between a Mouflon and Texas Dall and typically weighs in at 100 lbs - 150 lbs. Ram hunts are an exceptional experience for the most avid outdoorsman to the hunter looking for his first wall mount. Almost any hunting style and weapon can be used with great effectiveness but the spot-and-stock method is the most exhilarating by far, even the keenest hunter can be challenged by the abilities of these animals. Ram hunts are a great time for groups of hunters too, the comradery during and after the hunt is a whole experience in itself.
Our ram hunts typically last 1-2 days, are fully guided, and include meals and lodging during your stay. Quartering of your animal is also included so all you need to bring is your cooler.
*Lodging and meals are available for non-hunting guests for $125 a night per person.

Shot placement on an animal you are hunting is one of the most important final actions you will need to fulfill for your hunt to be a success. An accurate shot isn't just to eliminate hours of tracking and being humane, but it also aids in eliminating wasted meat that was damaged during the final moments. Also, the bragging rights of a perfect shot on your animal will be told at the dinner table for years to come. Boasting about how short of a distance your prized game traveled after the trigger was pulled is one of the greatest satisfactions there is.
We realize that during transportation, the possibility of sights being knocked out of true is a real concern. That's why we have a gun range on site to give you the opportunity to check your aim before you go after your trophy. No need to find a local range or gun club, and no need to worry about if your sights are still on when you pull the trigger. We have you covered......
