And then there is our Hunting dog program and our Obedience training program.
One question that comes up a lot, is whether people assume we will be booked and are worried we won’t have space for them. We have a lot of opportunities, and few times if ever, have we not been able to fit someone into an adventure. Jeff Miller combines his love and knowledge of the outdoors with a passion for excellence and with 20-plus years of hospitality management and over 30 years as a Full-Service Outfitter providing an exceptional experience for his numerous day hunters, destination-oriented individuals, and corporate groups. Jeff knows that service and quality are the basis for all successful adventures.
Hunts take place on hunting preserves, ranches, and public, and private lands in Washington and Oregon. Access to preserves, wildlands, and private ranches varies from season to season. In a typical year we have cooperative agreements that allow us access to over 170,000 acres plus our BLM permits for allow us access in the Roseburg and Medford Districts of Oregon, all within a 2 - 3 hour drive from the Portland International Airport (PDX) or 2-4 hours of either Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) or Spokane International Airport (GEG).
Our preserve and guided wild bird hunts for Pheasant, Chukar & Hungarian Partridge, California Valley Quail, Mountain Quail, Bobwhite Quail, Blue & Ruffed Grouse, and Waterfowl hunting for Ducks and numerous species of Canada Geese over decoys in stubble, winter wheat, various residual food crops, and on the water. Our “wild bird guided hunts” occur on great private hunting grounds, cultivated. and managed for solid game bird populations and sustainability. All hunts include: dogs, guides, decoys, field game processing, and on-ground transportation where needed, and can include lodging and meals. Guided Big Game Hunts are available for Rocky Mountain Elk, Mule Deer, Whitetail, Blacktail, Pacific Whitetail, Black Bear, and Turkey. Our various DIY big game hunts can be tailored to your needs.
Fishing for Columbia River Walleye, Chinook Salmon, Steelhead, Small Mouth Bass, or Private Lake Trout Fishing can be built into your trip depending upon the seasons.
The areas that we operate in, include but are not limited to the following, North Central and Northeast Washington, The Columbia Gorge River Gorge National Scenic Area, The Channeled Scabland of Eastern Washington, The Willamette Valley from Medford to Eugene, Eastern Oregon High Desert, and many of these areas are the home of world-class restaurants, wineries, historic and geological attractions, golf courses, and other activities suitable for the whole family, corporate spousal trips, incentive programs, corporate meetings and entertaining. Our hunting area is primarily the SW part of Oregon, but we do hunt the NE part of the state also for some quality hunting, all private land hunts. Our prices are generally less expensive midweek and after the first week of the season on all of our hunts.

WATERFOWL HUNTING, GOOSE HUNTING, AND DUCK HUNTING. DAY TRIPS AND OVERNIGHT PACKAGES.
#1 - Guided Day Duck Hunts and Goose Hunts
We are hunting several geographical areas for hunts #1 and #2. Contact us for specific regions and dates. Day Hunts for ducks are $300 to $375 per day per hunter (minimum 2 hunters), depending on location. We will sometimes try to put a group of two hunters with another like size group to maximize their experience and keep your costs down.
Goose hunting, is $350 to $425 per day, again depending on location and group size. We can accommodate up to 8 hunters at a time.
Combo duck and goose hunts are possible, all on the same day, and will vary in price from $475 to $525.
#2 - Guided Overnight Duck Hunting and Goose Hunting
This is the Guided Day Duck Hunts and Goose Hunts package with overnight accommodations for up to eight hunters. This package includes a complimentary cocktail hour with hot hors d'oeuvres, a complete dinner with menu choices revolving around wild game, breakfast, and lunch. We will work with you on special needs or menu ideas. Cost per gun: $475 to $550 (min. 4) for duck groups, $525 to $595 for goose groups, (minimum of four hunters) depending on group size and location.
#3 - Combination Upland Game Birds / Goose Hunting
On this Guided Day Upland and Goose Hunt package we will release (except after lunch) 4 pheasants or 7 chukars per hunter. Cost per gun: $575 to $650/day (minimum 2 shooters). This hunt is also available as an overnight package (minimum 4 shooters) at $700 to $775 per gun, depending on location and group size. Not available in all our locations.
