Our camp has all the necessary amenities but without losing its charm as a hunting camp where you can enjoy the endless stars by the light of a bonfire or hear the call of a lion at dawn. It is located just one hour from Victoria Falls and Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA), allowing you to combine a hunting and tourism experience like no other.
Our hunting areas are located in the central African territory with the highest density of elephants in the world (an estimated population of more than 220,000 elephants in the KAZA TFCA region), with migratory herds of hundreds of buffalo and an abundant density of lion and leopard. The hunting territory consists of miles of hectares that combine areas of savanna, wetlands, and forests, giving rise to all types of encounters with all types of animals.
In Zimbabwe, the hunting season lasts all year round, which allows us to receive hunters both in the rainy season (November to March) and in the dry season (April to October). During the dry season, conditions are perfect for long marches following the tracks of an elephant or buffalo. On the contrary, the climate is hot and with frequent storms during the rainy season, with more lush vegetation, which causes animals to travel shorter distances.
In addition to our most iconic hunts such as elephant, buffalo, and leopard, you can hunt more than 30 species of big game including sable (one of the few destinations that offers it in the wild), lion, hippopotamus, and crocodile.

ACCOMMODATIONS CAMP MARCO
Camp Marco is a modest and secluded hunting camp with all the requested amenities to cover all your needs. It can accommodate comfortably a party of 4 guests in 2 separate cabins. In addition, we have the staff cabins, the living area /dining cabin, and the kitchen cabin.
Is located less than an hour's drive from Victoria Falls Airport and right at the entrance to the Matetsi Safari Area.
