Small 60 acre private tract bordered by over 600 acres secluded public land. Mostly Mule deer with a few Whitetail, Merriam turkey, antelope and Elk. 99% draw for deer and turkey. Tougher draw for elk and antelope.

Lightly hunted.

Archery Sept 1-30 Rifle Nov. 1-30

Rent by the month. $3,000 per month total for 2 hunters

Owner will show maps and areas of game.

2 hunters in 2020 killed 3 mule deer in 5 days archery. Had a 4th opportunity 10 yards to fill last tag. Lots of game. These hunters saw elk, antelope and turkey and deer daily from the bunk house. Elk we're on private land. Relatively easy walking. Not steep.

If you lease the month you will be the only ones to hunt. I have never seen an archery hunter in the public and only 2 rifle hunters in 3 years.
